DIDS, The Daily Info Data Sheet

Here is a cool little chart that I am working on. It is part of the time management study that I am conducting. I am in the data gathering phase of the study right now. So I need to keep a log of how I am spending my time. While I am at it, I am using the opportunity to keep track of a number of different things. Why not keep tract of my diet and my mood? I would encourage anyone to copy this chart and modify for themselves and start using it. You might be surprised at what you find. Is there anything that you would want to change about how you use your time?
