The Golden Hour

You become what you think about most of the time. And the most important part of each day is what you think about at the beginning of that day.
Start Your Day RightTake 30 minutes each morning to sit quietly and to reflect on your goals. You'll find when you read the biographies and autobiographies of successful men and women that almost everyone of them began their upward trajectory to success when they begin getting up early in the morning and spending time with themselves.
Feed Your Mind With Positive IdeasThis is called the Golden Hour. The first hour sets the tone for the day. The things that you do in the first hour prepare your mind and set you up for the entire day. During the first thirty to sixty minutes, take time to think and review your plans for the future.
Use Your Quiet Time EffectivelyHere are four things that you can do during that quiet time in the morning. Number one is to review your plans for accomplishing your goals and change your plans if necessary.

Number two is think of better ways to accomplish your goals. As an exercise, assume that the way you're going about it is totally wrong and imagine going about it totally differently. What would you do different from what you're doing right now?

Number three, reflect on the valuable lessons that you have learned and are learning as you move toward your goals.

with my new dust mite door cards, i am confident that i can get into some houses. 

i can be assertive with setting appointments for us to come back to clean or 'solve' the dust mite problems that I am sure that I can create at the door, and on the inspection if i get that far. 

while on the inspection, i will ask the probing/investigative and qualifying questions 

i will get you on demos, i am going to show karl the new card, and tell him that im doing it, and he can turn down the demos if he wants. 

i am going to get funding for the ecig direct sales co, i will get a small business loan, or some type of funding. we have come too far to fail or give up. we will create a successful sales company, we will be successful and start a business that sets us free

good things are happening. 

i am going to get an apartment of my own, or we will. 

i will get some type of part time, cash making job

i am still thinking about waitstaff somewhere. i will get hired on the spot, walking interview, try out. 

i am focusing on myself now, not on relationships, work on my self first, and make myself more presentable, then go back to the dating world. 

I am going to get out of debt, pay of the credit cards, get credit back, buy house

i am going to become a dust mite expert

i am a marketing genius

i can do anything, i will accomplish these goals

and we are going to make millions of the ecig direct sales business. 

never never never not ever think about giving up

anything that is worth doing is hard at first

everyone in the top 10 percent we in the bottom 10 percent at one time

we are going to make it 

winners never quit
